About the Farm

Receive fresh flowers throughout our whole subscription season and experience the beauty and fragrance of our farm as it transforms from the cheery bulbs of early spring into the exuberant heat of summer. Each bouquet will include the best of what our flower beds are giving each week, with standout specialty blooms throughout the season like anemones, ranunculus, delphinium, bells of Ireland, dahlias, lisianthus and eucalyptus, and will be beautifully wrapped and ready to place in a vase.

As a special add-on, you have the option to receive a one-of-a-kind ceramic vase handmade by Savannah artist EM Pottery with the first bouquet delivery. Emily is a local treasure and we’re honored to be able to offer you something designed by her specially for our flower bouquets.

  • Our Early Spring (February/March) start date is dependent on the weather and when our spring blooms make their first appearance, which varies year to year. The subscription will begin in February or March. Subscribers will be notified that the subscription is starting at least 1 week in advance of receiving their first bouquet.

  • Full Season weekly subscribers will receive 4 bouquets in February/March (see note above about early spring), 4 in April, 4 in May and 4 in June for a total of 16 bouquets.

  • Full Season biweekly subscribers will receive 2 bouquets in February/March (see note above about early spring), 2 in April, 2 in May and 2 in June for a total of 8 bouquets.

  • Full Season monthly subscribers will receive 1 in February/March (see note above about early spring), 1 in April, 1 in May and 1 in June for a total of 4 bouquets.

  • If we’re headed into July with lots of beauty still to share then you may have the option to add additional bouquets in July - we will let you know!

By subscribing, you help to sustain our farm at the beginning of our growing season as a form of community supported agriculture (CSA). Thank you for supporting our farm!

About the Farmers

We each had a love of flowers and of cultivating things sown in us from an early age. Both of our families have deep roots in farming: My paternal family were farmers as many generations back as I’ve been able to research, which has felt like a guiding light. Josué had the incredible experience of growing up on an almond farm in Northern California, where the orchards erupt in scented blooms in spring.

During Josué’s deployments overseas he would send me pictures of flowers brightening gloomy days and fill his barracks with them. In 2025, the same year that he retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service, I left a 20 year career in the aviation industry and Bittersweet Flower Farm was born.
